Abstract: Given the Somali political crisis and the disintegration of the Somali state, this paper aims at introducing a number of options for setting up decentralised political structures and forms of government to provide information and data about this form of government - compared to centralised unitary states, its implications, and to introduce a possible path for long-term peace and reconstruction in Somalia.
Marka la eego burburkii dowladdii Soomaaliyeed iyo dhibaatadii siyaasadeed ee soo martay, maqaalku wuxuu ujeedkiisu yahay inuu soo bandhigo siyaabo kala duwan oo loo samayn karaa baahinta xukunka siyaasadeed iyo qaababka dawladda si loo helo macluumaad iyo xog, marka loo barbardhigo dawladaha xukunkoodu meel isugu urursan , si ay u muuqato waddo suurtogal ah oo lagu gaaro nabadda iyo dib-u-dhiska waqti-dheer ee Soomaaliya.
