Abstract

Odayaashu waxay halkan kaga doodayaan ugaarsiga iyo ugaarta, gaar ahaan waxay ka faalloonayaan qaar ka mid ah ugaarta (geri, dameer-farow biciid iwm), mid waliba qaabkiisa, hoygiisa, habka loo ugaarsado, sida loogu manaafacsado neefka la ugaarsado (hilibkiisi oo la cuno, haraggiisa oo loo adeegsado qalabka guriga iyo waxyaabo kale).

In questa conversazione, gli anziani discutono di caccia e selvaggina: in particolare si soffermano su alcuni animali (giraffa, zebra, orice e cudu) trattando l'aspetto fisico dell'animale e il suo habitat, il metodo di caccia, l'uso che si fa dell'animale cacciato (carne per il consumo; pelle per utensili e altri oggetti).

In this conversation, the elders talk about hunting and game: they discuss in particular about some animals (giraffe, zebra, oryx and kudu): the physical aspect of the animal, its habitat, the hunting technique, the way in which the animal is then used (meat for consumption; skin for objects and utensils).
