L'articolo affronta la questione dell'introduzione della lingua somala come lingua di stato in Somalia, i prerequisiti, lo sviluppo nel settore della politica dell'istruzione e i problemi linguistici pratici sorti in seguito all'introduzione.
The article deepens the issue of the introduction of Somali language as Somalia official language, the prerequisites, the developments in education policies and the practical linguistic problems emerged after the introduction.
