Abstract

Odayaashu waxay ka hadlayaan geedka la yiraahdo "gob" iyo timirta (wax yarna gallayda ayay ka hadlayaan), waxayna ka faalloonayaan sida loo beero, sida loo adeegsado: caleentooda, xididdadooda, mirahooda, daawo ahaan iyo quud ahaanba.

In questa conversazione gli anziani parlano della pianta del "gob" e della palma da dattero (con un accenno anche al mais), presentando i metodi di coltivazione, l'uso delle foglie, delle radici e dei frutti sia in campo medico che dal punto di vista nutrizionale.
