Abstract: In this article, the author deals with possessive pronoun suffixes in Somali - which mark the gender of the possessed noun as well as the person of the possessor - in comparison with their cognates in other Cushitic languages.
Qoraaga maqaalkani wuxuu ka hadlayaa lifaaqyada magacuyaallada lahaanshaha ee Af-soomaaliga - kuwaasoo muujinaya caynta magaca wax leh iyo qofka lahaanshaha - markii loo eego afafka Kushitigga ee la haybta ah Af-soomaaliga.
In questo articolo, l'autore affronta il tema dei pronomi possessivi suffissi in somalo - che marcano il genere del sostantivo posseduto nonché la persona del possessore - rispetto ai loro affini in altre lingue cuscitiche.
