Abstract: Anthropological observations on the structural features of population in Southern Somalia: the formation of large, stable political-legal groups, the associated development of a hierarchical, but not centralized, authority system, and the widespread adoption of foreign elements in group formation.

Osservazioni antropologiche sulle caratteristiche strutturali della popolazione nel sud della Somalia: la formazione di grandi e stabili gruppi politico-giuridici, il relativo sviluppo di un sistema di autorità gerarchico ma non centralizzato, e la diffusa adozione di elementi stranieri nella formazione dei gruppi.
