Abstract: After a short introduction on the social and cultural value of games, the author provides ethnoliguistic notes on Somali games: counts and rhymes; competition and rivalry games; games of chance.

Dopo una breve introduzione sul significato sociale e culturale dei giochi, l'autrice fornisce alcune note etnolinguistiche sui giochi somali: conte e rime; giochi di rivalità e competizione; giochi basati sulla fortuna e il rischio.
