Lo scopo dell'articolo è la conservazione e diffusione delle informazioni disponibili sulla regione nord-occidentale relativamente alle risorse idriche superficiali e sotterranee, e di suggerire idee sul possibile sviluppo delle risorse idriche dell'area per diversi scopi. |
