The Galla in Northern Somaliland

Abstract

There has long been evidence that the Galla occupied parts of Somaliland before the Somali. This paper that before the Somali they were stationed in parts of the former British Protectorate and traces their withdrawal under pressure from the expanding Somali communities in Northern Somalia.
