Abstract: The present study describes and analyses some issues in the context of refugees outflows and repatriation movements in the Horn of Africa, in particular between Northern Somalia and Eastern Ethiopia: the Ogaden conflict, the creation of refugees' camps, the fluxes, repatriation and reintegration to Somaliland.
Diraasaddani waxay ka hadlaysaa, baaraysana arrimo la xiriira qaxooti baxaya iyo kuwa ku soo noqonaya Geeska Afrika, gaar ahaan Woqooyi Soomaaliya iyo Itoobiya: dagaalkii Galbeed, samaynta xerooyin qaxootiyeed, qulqulka, dib ugu noqoshada Somaliland.
Il presente studio descrive e analizza alcune questioni relative ai rifugiati in uscita e ai movimenti di rimpatrio nel Corno d'Africa, in particolare tra Somalia settentrionale ed Etiopia orientale: il conflitto dell'Ogaden, la creazione di campi per rifugiati, i flussi, il rimpatrio e la reinserimento degli espatriati in Somaliland.
