Il presente studio descrive e analizza alcune questioni relative ai rifugiati in uscita e ai movimenti di rimpatrio nel Corno d'Africa, in particolare tra Somalia settentrionale ed Etiopia orientale: il conflitto dell'Ogaden, la creazione di campi per rifugiati, i flussi, il rimpatrio e la reinserimento degli espatriati in Somaliland. |
