Abstract

Descrizione del contenuto dei quattro libri che compongono il Codice di Procuedura Civile somalo, entrato in vigore il 21 ottobre 1974. Questo, pur presentando una prevalente influenza del sistema procedurale italiano, si basa anche sulle diverse regole conosciute e applicate in Somalia.
