Personal normative values has been restrained. Qoraalkani wuxuu ka hadlayaa sida uu ahaa dhaqaalaha dalka soomaaliya siddeetameeyadii. Xilligaasoo magaala ku soo qulqulka batay, warshado aan ku fillayn lahayn, kaabayaasha dabiiciga ah oo liitay, musharrada shaqaalaha oo sidii la rabay loo halayn iwm. Lo scopo principale di questo saggio è descrivere le caratteristiche dell'economia somala degli anni '80, i.e. l'eccessivo tasso di popolazione, l'insignificante settore industriale, la mancanza di risorse naturali conosciute, deficit nei pagamenti, ecc. Questo è un saggio di economia positiva: è descrittivo e raramente prescrittivo. Considerazioni normative personali sono stati contenute. |
