Abstract

Il presente documento è un estratto del codice di diritto che regolamentava la caccia nelle colonie. Queste pagine, in particolar modo, fanno riferimento alle norme e ai divieti vigenti nella Somalia italiana, che stabilivano le specie che potevano essere catturate e quelle protette, le differenti licenze ottenibili e le misure conseguenti a infrazioni (ammenda e detenzione).

This file is part of the code of laws that regulated the hunting in the colonies. These pages, in particular, refer to the laws and the prohibitions in force in Italian Somalia, which established the spiecies that could be hunted and the protected ones, the several licences that could be obtained and the possible punishments (fine and prison).
