Abstract: The aim of the paper is to demonstrate that Somali absolute constructions (label applied by Antinucci and Gebert to determined Somali subordinate clauses) manifest all the formal and semantic characteristics attributed to this type of constructions in Indoeuropean languages.
Ulajeeddada maqaalku waxay tahay in la muujiyo dhisma weereedda loo yaqaan "absalute conostructions".
Lo scopo dell'articolo è di dimostrare che la 'costruziona assoluta' in somalo (etichetta applicata da Antinucci e Gebert a determinate frasi subordinate) manifesta tutte le caratteristiche formali e semantiche attribuite a questo tipo di costruzioni nelle lingue indoeuropee.
