It was originally assumed that the major factors involved would be cognitive, e.g. age or intellectual development. However the results show that the major factor in the acquisition of this rule is an urban vs. nomadic childhood home (which is representative of the extent of exposure to oral traditional literature). Questo articolo descrive i risultati di un esperimento progettato per verificare l'acquisizione della definitezza nominale in somalo. L’ipotesi originaria era che i principali fattori coinvolti sarebbero stati di tipo cognitivo (ad esempio l'età o lo sviluppo intellettuale). Tuttavia i risultati indicano che il fattore che più influenza tale processo di acquisizione è il crescere in contesto urbano vs. nomade (in quanto rappresentativo del grado di esposizione alla tradizionale letteratura orale). |
